VPS Regulation
Any infringement and non-compliance with our regulations will result in the immediate withdrawal of the contracted VPS. In addition, depending on the seriousness of the situation, we may impose a financial penalty or proceed to notify the relevant authorities in each country or area.
We reserve the right to change this policy at any time without notice.
1. Tampering with pre-installed programmes
Our VPS come with pre-installed software by default to improve the quality of our service. Therefore, it is strictly forbidden to alter, disable, uninstall or any misuse of these programs.
2. Misuse of resources
The installation, configuration and use of any type of programme intended for or with the purpose of mining cryptocurrencies or that may damage the server’s resources is prohibited.
3. Malware
The user is responsible at all times for the installations he makes on his VPS. So, whether or not he is aware of the installation of any type of malware, whether it is a trojan, virus, worm, miner, etc., he must assume full responsibility and assume the errors and/or problems that it has caused.
4. Illegal activities
It is strictly forbidden to engage in any kind of illegal, criminal, unlawful or dangerous activity, either in part or in whole.
We are not responsible for and assume no liability for the consequences of what the user has done.
